REGLEMENT DU 21e CONCOURS "FLAME" 2010
1- Le concours est ouvert aux candidats de 6 à 16 ans (Catégorie A)
16 à 28 ans (Catégorie B) piano. 18 à 32 ans (Catégorie B) chant.
2- Le concours est ouvert aux candidats de toutes les nationalités.
3- Le concours se réserve le droit de refuser des inscriptions, le nombre des participants étant limité.
4- La convocation parviendra aux candidats environ deux semaines avant les épreuves.
5- Le droit d'inscription ne sera remboursé en aucun cas.
6- Il est recommandé aux violonistes (Catégorie A) et aux chanteurs (Catégorie B) de se présenter avec leur
pianiste. A défaut d'accompagnateur, l'Association peut fournir une liste d'accompagnateurs (à la charge
du candidat). Les candidats doivent formuler leur demande AVANT le 1er mars.
Les candidats qui se présenteront sans pianistes ne seront pas admis à passer l'épreuve.
7- Toutes les épreuves sont publiques.
8- Le jury se réserve le droit de ne pas attribuer tous les prix.
9- Les décisions du jury sont sans appel.
10-Les premiers Grands Prix (Catégorie A) et les premiers prix (Catégorie B) devront obbligatoirement
participer au concert des lauréats. En cas de non participation, la récompense ne leur sera pas
accordée.
11- Les candidats devront organiser et prendre eux-mêmes en charge leur déplacement et leur hébergement.
12- Le jury se réserve le droit d'interrompre l'exécution, s'il le juge nécessaire.
RULES OF "FLAME" COMPETITION 2010
1- The competition is open to all candidates 6 to 16 (Category A).
16 to 28 (Category A) pianists. 18 to 32 (Category B) singers.
2- The competition is open to candidates of all nationalities.
3- The number of participants being limited, the competition has the right to turn down some registrations.
4- The convocation will be sent about two weeks before the rounds.
5- The registration fees cannot be refunded.
6- It is recommended that the violinists (Category A) and singers (Category B) should come with their pianist.
The association can propose a pianist (at the candidate's charge).
Candidates interested should send their request before march 1rst.
Candidates without accompanist will not be allowed to pass the competition.
7- All the rounds are open to public.
8- The jury has the right not to grant all the prizes.
9- The decision of the jury are non-appealable.
10- The first prizes of each category must play at the winners concert. In case of non participation, the prize
will not be granted.
11- Candidates are expected to organize and be responsible for their travelling and accomodations.
12- The jury has the right to interrupt an execution.
